Is Peridot Pretty Brisbane-based?
Yes! We are Brisbane-based, and can style the florals and decor for your event anywhere in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. 

How do I make an inquiry?
Contact us at info@peridotpretty.com.au or hit the ‘contact us’ tab from our main menu on the website to inquire for a quote. We’d love to hear about your upcoming occasion!

Are you a preferred supplier in Brisbane?
Yes, we are. Peridot Pretty floristry is a preferred event florist at Brisbane’s premier venue: The Landing at Dockside in Kangaroo Point.

Do I have to pay in advance?
A significant portion of the cost of our services go towards sourcing your beautiful florals or designs on the day. Additionally, we require at least 2 weeks to make special orders on florals and supplies, and we reserve your special date – forgoing any other possible work on or around that date. Therefore, we require an initial 50% part-payment to confirm your booking. The balance is required 90 days before the date of your event. We’ll get in contact at the 90 day mark for your final consultation, and will send you a polite reminder of the full payment requirement. If your booking is made within 90 days of your event, full payment is required. Any cancellation must be made 3 months in advance of your event for a full refund excluding a refund of your initial part-payment, which we are unable to refund due to loss of work for the saved date.  Any cancellation within 3 months of your event means, unfortunately, we cannot refund your part-payment or full payment. The good news, is that this policy has worked well for clients and us, too, and we have never had a problem with this. Communication is a strength of ours, so we will make sure to keep in close contact leading up to the dates. 

Do we pack-down after an event?
For an extra fee, we can pack-down your florals after the event. If you have hired an arbour or element from us, pack down costs are factored into your initial quote. You’ll see this itemised in your invoice/quote.

Do we only style weddings?
We style all events –  big or small. We love weddings, and we also love styling corporate events. At Peridot Pretty we even provide floral arrangements to hotels across Brisbane. 

Do we recommend anyone for cakes?
Yes! We recommend Petal and Peach Bespoke Cakery for your next big event. Petal and Peach create cakes, cookies and desserts akin to high-end artwork. 

Do we recommend anyone for crockery hire and tablescaping?
We have previously partnered with Beautiful Weddings Australia to achieve luxe styling. Their team offer an amazing variety of tablescaping, lighting and decor items for hire. We recommend Beautiful Weddings and Events Australia for your next stylish event.

What about stationery for my event?
Studio B Couture creates the finest quality stationery for weddings and events, including menu cards, invitations and more! Check out their facebook page to see all they offer and to make an inquiry.

Do we recommend any photographers?
Yes! Our preferred photographers are Becky Van Straalen Photography, Jan Ramsay at Eye on Photography.  Stephanie at Ivy and Birch Co. 

Are we insured?
Yes. Peridot Pretty is insured with Allianz. Our product and public liability insurance means we can style the florals and nonfloral installations at your venue. 

Is Peridot Pretty a registered business?
Yes. We are a registered business through ASIC. Our ABN is 43 131 616 388. You can look us up through the Australian Business Register. We recommend you do this for all vendors you partner with for your event!
